Slow connectivity for Comcast users

We have re-routed and Comcast users should now be able to access the service. Thank you for your patience.


Clients connecting to Passpack or other services via comcast may experience connectivity problems or slowdowns. There is a routing issue between GTT and Comcast affecting connectivity for destinations along the west coast. We expect to see this routing issue resolved in the next 48 hours.

In the mean time we will be working to mitigate the issue by re-routing our traffic. We expect that all clients, not just those using Comcast may experience brief outages while we do so. We will provide a status update on our progress as soon as possible.
